As a HUD-registered broker, we'll provide access to the homes you wish to visit and place a bid for you when you find the right property. When you win a bid, we'll work closely with your lender and the HUD agencies to make sure everyone stays on the same page to reach a successful closing - in the same way an orchestra conductor coordinates various musicians to produce beautiful music. We have established working relationships with key personnel in these HUD agencies and know the special rules, restrictions, and timelines for bidding and closing.
